Kwarapoly 28th Convocation: Building Technology students exhibits building profession tools and machines

The Students of Kwara State Polytechnic, Department of Building Technology, during the 28th convocation exhibited building profession tools and machines. 


In an interview with one of the Departmental Lecturer, Builder Iyiola Hakeem, disclosed that the building materials and machines was hand made of the students, adding that the students was able to produce interlocking concrete blocks, that is uncommon and stronger than the conventional ones.

He further explained that the students produced the building profession tools and machines in other to reduce the rates at which buildings collapse in the society. He added that the students also produced water concrete blocks that is more stronger than the regular ones.

“Kwara state polytechnic building department can handle building contracts because we have all the tools available”, he said.

He however appreciates the rector of the institution, Engr, Dr, Abdul Muhammad jimoh for his regular support for the department, and congratulates the graduating students.
