28th Convocation: Kwara govt commissions KwaraPoly diagnostic center, micro finance bank, others

The Kwara State Governor on Thursday, during the Kwara State Polytechnic 28th Convocation ceremony Grand Finale, commissioned the polytechnic Diagnostic Center, Micro Finance Bank, Institute of Technology Building and polytechnic management and Ruminant Animal Farm for 



The State Governor, who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government Prof. Mamman Saba Jibril during the commissioning, commended the effort of the management of the institution for the laudable projects, saying that it is a good effort.

While appreciating the management for their effort, the professor said that the buildings are big and modern building. 



He however commissioned the projects in the name of God and for the benefits of humanity. 


In his response, the Polytechnic Rector, Engr. Abdul Jimoh Muhammed, explained that the projects are meant to aid students in their learning and also to get some courses accredited. 



He however reiterated the Polytechnic commitment to welfarism of her students and staff of the Polytechnic.

KwaraPoly: Students commends management for new development

​ By: LUKMAN ROKEEB OLAIDE The Students of Kwara State Polytechnic has commend the effort of the rector, Dr Abdul Jimoh Muhammad over there aiming for prosperity and implore them not to relent on there administration. The Students also commends their efforts on new development in the campus such as the solar street light, the diagnostic center amongst others.  According to one of the students, Saliu Ibrahim from quantity survey opines that the management should have the monitoring teams in which will helps to curb the abuse of the school properties.  In the same vein, another student, Aliyu Muhammad from Urban and Regional Planning said the rector has really done a lot and even they are trying there best towards renewing the school. The students therefore urge the rector and school management to extend the solar street light to Yankari and other places in the institution.
