Esinrogunjo resigns as Governor AbdulRazak’s SSA

​ Eshinrogunjo Musbau  , T he Senior Special Assistant on Rural Mobilizations to the Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has resigned his appointment with immediate effect. In a resignation letter sighted by newsmen, Eshinrogunjo noted that he is tendering his resignation letter due to personal reasons. It would be recalled that Esinrogunjo met with the former Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki last month in his office on the former return to Ilorin and he complained in a viral video afterwards about how the government is treating him. It would also be recalled that the SSA on Poverty  Alleviation to the Governor, Honourable Abu Seko from Baruten LGA resigned his appointment 2 months ago. CELF 3.0: Kwara North coordinators commend organiser

Kwara State Polytechnic years back is a deadly zone to tour in the middle of the night as the street of the campus is filled with total darkness. This geared up atrocities which makes it even more deadly.  Darkness they say knows not a decent man. So therefore all activities are suspended by the time the sun disappeared and before the moon appear.  It is of no good for students having this kind of environment. Most students enjoy reading outside their hostels, going for night classes, but have no choice than to stay indoor to avoid regrets.  This has been years of problem for the students of Kwara State Polytechnic and even the security guards as they have to rely on their touch lights to see. ​ The great Citadel of Knowledge was Established by his Excellency, the then Military Governor of Kwara State, Col. David Bamigboye in 1973. The decision to establish the Polytechnic was announced during the launching of the four Year Development plan in 1971. Ara villagers lament over students indecent dressing

​ By Ifabiyi olawumi feranmi The residents of Ara Village, Ilorin,kwara State have lamented over indecent dressings which has become rampant among students of the State Polytechnic leaving in the area.  It was reported that Ladies exposes part of their body, hair in different colors while male engage in immoral act of having different tatoos on their body also pairing their bodies. In an interview with the Youth Leader, Mr Abdulrahmon Adisa disclosed that parents and school counsellor and adviser will have to improvise and give more sensitization  to the student on how to dress both inside and outside the school campus and the danger involved in it. He also stated that exposing of body as a lady attract more dangers while men are force to engage in bad act, adding that he would be very happy if there are positive results on it. CELF: Coordinators assure organiser of their support

Residents laments over street thugs bad act in Lajolo Community

Residents laments over bad road along Kwara State Polytechnic, UITH

Residents of Sango rejoices over restoration of power supply

Kwara state government begins repair of Geri alimi underpass

​ By: Binuyo Lateefat Ajoke  The Kwara government begins repair of N3.7billion poorly constructed Geri Alimi underpass Kwara state Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has directed that repair work should be undertaken at the damaged Geri Alimi Diamond Underpass in Ilorin, the state capital. the underpass project which was initiated under former Governor Abdulfatai Ahmed costs about N3.7 billion. It was gather that the project was delivered few months to the end of his administration in 2019, the underpass was poorly constructed. The new administration of Governor AbdulRazaq had to shut the underpass which was showing cracks few months after it was delivered. Deputy Governor Kayode Alabi expressed dissatisfaction at the shoddy work done by the contractor who was ordered back on site. Three years after, the underpass that gulped billions of taxpayers money has become an eyesore. Kwarapoly 28th Convocation: Building Technology students exhibits building profession tools and machines

​ The Students of Kwara State Polytechnic, Department of Building Technology, during the 28th convocation exhibited building profession tools and machines.  In an interview with one of the Departmental Lecturer, Builder Iyiola Hakeem, disclosed that the building materials and machines was hand made of the students, adding that the students was able to produce interlocking concrete blocks, that is uncommon and stronger than the conventional ones.
