Second Term: KWSPHCDA Boss, Elelu Congratulates Gov. AbdulRahman


The Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Primary Health Care Development Agency (KWSPHCDA), Dr Nusirat Elelu, has extended her heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq, on his re-election for a second term in office. 


Dr Elelu commended the governor for his visionary leadership, which has transformed the fortunes of Kwara State and brought about rapid development in various sectors across the state.


In her congratulatory statement, Dr Elelu acknowledged Governor AbdulRahman's exceptional leadership qualities, highlighting his efforts in changing the narrative of Kwara State, stressing that under his administration, the state has witnessed significant progress in all aspects of development, ranging from infrastructure to healthcare and beyond. 


Furthermore, Dr Elelu took the opportunity to applaud Governor AbdulRahman's recent recognition of the national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON). 


According to the KWSPHCD Boss, the prestigious accolade is a testament to the governor's outstanding contributions to the nation and his commitment to serving the people of Kwara State.


She also celebrated Governor AbdulRahman's election as the Chairman of the Governors' Forum, "a position of great influence and responsibility. She expressed confidence in his ability to effectively represent the interests of his fellow governors and work towards the collective progress and prosperity of the entire nation."


"Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq's second term victory and his subsequent appointment as the Chairman of the Governors' Forum have been met with widespread acclaim and support from various quarters. As Kwara State looks forward to another term under his leadership, expectations are high for the continuation of the positive transformation that has characterized his tenure thus far." She added. 


Dr. Nusirat Elelu's congratulatory message serves as a testament to the appreciation and recognition of Governor AbdulRahman's accomplishments, while also conveying the optimism shared by many regarding the future trajectory of Kwara State under his able guidance.
