The Executive Secretary, Kwara State Primary Health Development Agency (KWPHDA) Dr. Nusirat Elelu has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin His Royal Highness, Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR as he marks 27th anniversary as the leader of Muslim Ummah and Chairman, Kwara State Council of Chiefs.

Elelu in a statement, described the emir as a true embodiment of commitment to service, who dedicated his life to the welfare of the people.

She noted that his reign has witnessed impressive economic and social development within the community.

“We pray that Allah grants our Emir many more years to celebrate in good health and wealth,” she added.
