Kwarapoly Felicitates with the Emir of Ilorin @ 83


The Rector, Kwara State Polytechnic,Ilorin, Engr. Abdul Jimoh Muhammed on behalf of the entire Polytechnic community has felicitated with the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Zulkarnain Gambari CFR, who is also  the Chairman, Kwara State Council of Chiefs, on his eventful 83rd birthday.


The Rector, in a congratulatory message signed by the institution's Public Relations Officer, Hajia Halimat Garba, joined  thousands of the illustrious subjects and millions of fascinating admirers of the foremost Monarch, across the world, to rejoice with him for attaining the landmark age, which was marked by remarkable accomplishments and monumental services to humanity and most especially to the good people of Ilorin Emirate.


According to the message, the Polytechnic Community is extremely happy that the retired jurist has brought his vast knowledge, wide exposure,varied experiences and infectious contact to bear in the discharge of his numerous responsibilities to his subjects,  government and the people of Kwara State and Nigeria at large.


According to the Rector, “your personal life and public service career, particularly your reign, which has been marked by peace, progress and development are insipirational to all and sundry”.


While  appreciating the Emir’s stimulating leadership and fatherly support over the years, we prayed Allah to prolong his life, grant him more sound health and preserve his alluring wisdom and afford him every other thing he would need to continue to lead the good people of Ilorin Emirate and Kwarans at large to greater and more enviable heights of all-round development.
