IEDPU praises Nagode on Olufadi Clinic

As all is set for the commissioning of the Olufadi Maternity and Child Referral Centre, Ilorin, today, Thursday, September 21,2023, the Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union,the umbrella sociocultural organisation of the good people of Ilorin Emirate in Kwara State, has commended the Executive Director,Finance, Nigerian National Petroleum Company PLC,Dr Abdulkadir Tunji Nagode, for facilitating the project.

In a statement personally signed by the Union's National President,Alhaji Aliyu Otta Uthman,fsi, and distributed to newsmen in Ilorin, the Union thanked Dr Nagode for ensuring that the project is sited and executed in Ilorin, saying that its location in the Kwara State capital would be of tremendous benefit to the ordinary people of the community and their neighbours.

The community leader explained that the Clinic would definitely complement the efforts of the Kwara State Government towards reducing maternal and child mortality in the State.

Alhaji Uthman also congratulated the renowned financial technocrat on the prestigious Fellowship of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria(ANAN) being conferred on him in Abuja,the nation's capital city,today.

While applauding the uncommon patriotism of Dr Nagode as demonstrated in facilitating the project to Ilorin,Alhaji Uthman encouraged other highly placed indigenes and residents of Ilorin Emirate to emulate the wonderful dispositions of Dr Nagode by ensuring that similar projects are brought to the Emirate to accentuate its growth and development.
