The fellows of the Countryside Emerging Leaders Fellowship (CELF), 2022 has on Thursday arrived at the CELF camp, kickstarting the third edition of the fellowship
The fellows, who were in the company of their parents and CELF coordinators were received by the fellowship team led by the Chief Volunteer, Mallam Lawal Olohungbebe.
Addressing the fellows and their parents, Olohungbebe assured them of their safety, adding that, the team has made adequate preparations for the success of the fellowship.
He explained that fellows will be trained on self-development, community development, entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability, stressing that they will be examined and scored base on their performances each of the themes both on and off the camp.
The Chief Convener further said that facilitators who were selected from from all walks of life will engage the fellows on the thematic areas, disclosing that they are great scholars who have vast knowledge of their profession.
He also added that, fellows will be taken on a tour to visit some historic places in the state, which according to him, will afford them the opportunity to learn about history and cultures of Ilorin city
He however appealed to the coordinators, parents and guardians to continue to support the organisation and thanked them for having the belief in the fellowship.
