Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin to Celebrate 10th Anniversary with IICT 2024 International Conference


The Institute of Information and Communication Technology (IICT) at Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, is set to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The institute will commemorate this landmark event by hosting the IICT 2024 International Conference from June 24th to June 27th, 2024, at the prestigious Mohammed Lawal Auditorium within the polytechnic’s campus.

The conference, themed “Leveraging Information & Communication Technology for Entrepreneurial Possibilities,” aims to delve into the transformative impact of ICT on entrepreneurial initiatives. This aligns perfectly with the institute’s vision of melding technology with innovation in both education and business sectors.

Spanning four days, the conference will offer a rich mix of scholarly discussions, hands-on workshops, and interactive sessions. The schedule is as follows:

Arrival and Registration: June 24th
Awareness Rally and Novelty Football Match: June 24th (featuring IICT staff and students)
Opening Ceremony & Technical Session I: June 25th
Technical Session II: June 26th
Departure: June 27th
Kicking off the celebration, the awareness rally and novelty football match between IICT staff and students will set a festive tone, providing a relaxed environment for attendees to network and reflect on the institute’s decade-long journey of progress.
